Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for cancellations may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and request.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during sales or promotions, only the final sale price will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company, as they may be holding the funds pending final confirmation.
